Meet our Founder - Kim Tice
Kim has over 30 years of experience in project management and event planning. She has worked in multiple industries including non-profit, manufacturing, candy making, professional association, utility and finance.
Kim has earned an MBA as well as a Master of Strategic Leadership degree, both from Mt. Mercy University. She also is certified as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
